Recent projects completed in Leicestershire ( click on images )For kitchens or bathrooms I will select whatever range of furniture provides the look you require, whether ready-made or bespoke, traditional or modern (there are lots of photographic examples online you can email to me. Alternatively there are examples on my quick browse page or 25 step guide). All ready-made and to-order ranges have the same unit sizes, so my kitchen or bathroom plan is relevant to all retailers. my bespoke hand built kitchen option is based on the best fit for widths and ceiling height. Door styles and finishes available on my photo visual representations are relevant to all suppliers and most bespoke joiners, whether front-faced doors or in-frame. I will normally expect you to draw a detailed survey plan (with or without furniture included)with my FREE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM PLANNING TOOL or send a sketch plan with dimensions detailed on it, as the example provided, by email, fax or post. Once I have worked out what you require Pay the fee, online or by post, relevant to your scheme. I will then design your scheme and provide a finished kitchen or bathroom plan and 3 visuals, using state of the art cad software (see examples in image galleries), within 5 working days by email attachment, or 7 days by post . My present fee is £60 per room for budgets up to £10,000 and a fee of £100 for schemes between £10,000 and £20,000. For budgets above £20,000 I will add £50 per £10,000. For this fee you will recieve a plan and 3 photorealistic visuals as examples shown. Acceptable options to recieve images are email ,cd or post. Alterations will be charged additionally at an agreed price if required after your first plan layout.
Home visit and online option 2With this option I will meet you at your site address; Complete my own survey of the relevant rooms; Fill in a questionaire with yourselves (or to save time, fill it out yourselves beforehand with my online questionaire .) I will then provide a kitchen or bathroom plan, 3 photo realistic visuals by email attachment, cd or post. Alterations to these preliminary visuals and plan can be provided for a small extra fee, after discussion of your requirements. The additional cost starts at £50 for the home visit part upto 30 miles. Extra rooms surveyed will be £15 each, ie for utility rooms. Please email me to discuss your requirements. Full home visit design service option 3 My full home based design service within 30 mile radius will include a free site visit and preliminary consultation (if you are more than 30 miles this is fine but please ring or email to discuss). At this visit I will discuss and list your requirements and look at samples and options, ( If you would like to consider using my full design, supply and installation services there will not be a charge for my design scheme ) I will then return to present a preliminary scheme. After consultation with this preliminary scheme I will then provide alterations to the plan, and re-present as required. I will provide a full written quotation when you are happy with the scheme ( a preliminary estimate will be provided with the first plan, if required).
